Catalyst Funds are Israeli-based private equity funds investing in maturing Israeli companies. The funds manage $100M. Our goal is to provide maturing companies with the necessary resources to attain global leadership in their respective market sectors. We target companies who are in a distressed situation or in pre-IPO and expansion stages.

Catalyst I, a top performer amongst Israeli vintage 2000 funds, with 6 exits out of 11 portfolio companies, invested strictly in technological companies, and managed a diversified portfolio, including companies from the Telecommunication, Information Technologies, Enterprise Software, Medical Devices and Bio/Pharma.

Catalyst II, vintage 2007, invests in late stage technological Israeli companies expanding internationally. The fund already invested in 9 portfolio companies and is looking to complete the investment period within two years. Catalyst II had its first exit in November 2008 when Bordeaux Digital Printink Ltd. was sold to Nessink.
