Our goal is to provide maturing companies with the necessary resources to attain global leadership in their respective market sectors. We target companies who are in a distressed situation or in pre-IPO and expansion stages.

Catalyst I, a top performer amongst Israeli vintage 2000 funds, with 6 exits out of 11 portfolio companies, invested strictly in technological companies, and managed a diversified portfolio, including companies from the Telecommunication, Information Technologies, Enterprise Software, Medical Devices and Bio/Pharma.

Catalyst II, vintage 2007, invests in late stage technological Israeli companies expanding internationally. The fund already invested in 9 portfolio companies and is looking to complete the investment period within two years.
